From the perspective of the sampled food varieties, the food processing products with large consumption, edible oil, grease and its products, meat products, egg products, dairy products and other five categories of food, the failure rate of supervision sampling inspection is 0.84%, 1.35%, 1.26%, 0.24%, and 0.13%, all lower than the overall sampling failure rate. Compared with the previous year, the sampling failure rate of 21 categories of food such as tea and related products and bee products has decreased, but the sampling failure rate of 10 categories of food such as catering food and edible agricultural products has increased.
